All merchandise is sent by pallet.                           

The merchandise travels at the expense and risk of the client, since later claims are not admitted.

In case there is no stock, a production order has a lenght of 4-8 weeks, and 50% must be covered to be processed.                   

The total amount of the merchandise must be liquidated in its entirety before the product leaves our warehouse.                    

Material will not be sent if it is not fully settled.                              

Mineralia is not responsible for the loss, breakage or damage that the product may suffer during its transportation, and the customer is entirely responsible for choosing the carrier of their choice.

Due to the nature and origin of the products, it can't be guaranteed they are identical to the pictures, there may be variation in shades, finishes and measures, for which our tolerances are mentioned below:
